Nice stay for weary international traveler

This hotel was a perfect place for us and our pets to stay and relax after a long trans-Pacific flight. They have a shuttle to the airport which was very convenient. We were also able to check in early which was very appreciated due to our morning arrival.

So much better than anticipated!

Although building was under construction the inside was very nice. Beds comfy and room clean. Breakfast was simple just cereal and some fruit and packaged products. The people were extremely helpful and the shuttle service was excellent!

The customer service and check in agents were great very polite and super easy to check in. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel also great. Great location even though the hotel is under construction accommodation were awesome. I booked a night earlier then expected but they checked me in had me ready to go. I will stay here again.

Hotel was nice and spacious. Breakfast was rather limited but I got my coffee. The lobby was spacious, and tidy, but hotel was due for an upgrade, hence the construction was underway, so i look forward to returning on my next trip. A special shoutout to the service staff. The cleaning crew deserved recognition for their hardwork and attention to detail. Frontdesk was very accommodating to our early checkin as well. Will definitely return and recommend to those traveling to Seatac, particularly for the cruise layover.

They are renovating the property so I am sure it will all be 5 stars once it is complete. Staff was amazing-because the shuttle driver didn’t show up they called us an Uber and got us to the airport so quick! They were truly amazing!

This location is under renovation and much needed! They’re making great progress. We enjoyed a very comfortable bed and quiet room. We were able to walk to a local restaurant for dinner and shuttle to the airport in the morning.
