Room lay out and cleanliness is fantastic as i the hotel location, It can be a tad noisey due to it location. The Lack of Parking is a issue especially for someone who is driving a long way and wanting to use there car on a daily basis and the options for any other parking is ridiculously priced.

Super convenient, just outside the train station and near the offices if you’re coming for work. Either way, it’s really close to the Bay Area, great for runs and walks!

We’re so glad we booked the Novotel for our short stay in Sydney. The automated check-in and.check-out process was easy and quick. The breakfast each morning was wonderful! And every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to answer questions or provide service. It was also in a great location and within walking distance to the cruise terminal. Well definitely stay again!

On our first night, due to booking limitations, we were given a room on the second floor above the parking lot. Noisy and stuffy without the view that I was looking forward to. The next booking for another 5 days, I was able to get another room on the 17th. Thanks to Jackson I got an upgrade. The location was excellent. The staff is truly great.
