The inn was a good choice for us on our motorcycle trip. Parking was convenient and the area was safe enough. There were homeless people about (not just in this area though) but they didn't bother anything or approach anyone. The check-in clerk was very friendly and efficient. The room was fine, beds comfortable, water hot, sufficient space overall. It was just the ticket for an overnight stay. As a bonus, it was only a few blocks down from the old town and was on Route 66. As such, there was some road noise being so close to the Interstate and 66, but it was not bad. We'd stay there again.

The floor was exceptionally dirty. We had to keep our shoes on to prevent socks from becoming stained.

We drove up to see an outdoor check-in, weather is below freezing; made me feel I was in an unsafe area. The clerk unlocked the lobby and let me in; check in was fine. The bathroom had two long black hairs in the sink, towels had stains and holes, and the toilet was the height of a preschool classroom.I could see through the doorframe but the heater took care of the incoming air. Bed was fine.

Dawson welcomed us on Christmas and told us the closest restaurant that was open (Yasmine’s Mediterranean was great). Possibly less than half full so Dawson upgraded us. Whole place was clean, newly painted, parking lot newly striped, tub clean, water hot. Best bang for buck in ABQ

We were passing through and needed a place to crash for the night not realizing there was a Balloon Festival going on so I do believe the cost for this room was a bit overpriced. I woke up about 4am to a horrible sewer smell that lasted for a few hours. I had to cover my head with the blanket because that’s how bad the smell was.

Outside the property is clearly renovated and looks fresh. The rooms interior was very outdated, with bedding and furniture that needs to all be replaced. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The cleanliness was questionable and rooms had an odor.

Had a nice stay, did not run into any issues. Front desk staff was very kind. Facility is very close to my job and makes getting to and from work a breeze. I would definitely go back when im in the area.
