The room was very noisy. It was close to elevator and you could hear everybody when walk by. We had many bags and nobody offer any help either during check in or check out. I had another reservation at a week later but decided to cancel.

Minha experiência neste hotel em Madrid deixou bastante a desejar. Desde a chegada, já no check-in, percebi que itens básicos como papel higiênico e sabonete estavam praticamente no fim. Durante a estada, mesmo deixando a placa solicitando limpeza, não houve reposição desses itens nem troca de toalhas, o que considero um cuidado mínimo esperado em qualquer hospedagem. Além disso, ao solicitar de forma educada um late checkout de apenas 1 a 2 horas, para tornar mais confortável meu horário de saída em direção ao aeroporto, o atendente da recepção foi extremamente ríspido e negou a solicitação. Ressalto que, inclusive, havia reservado a diária do dia 4, mesmo entrando apenas no dia 5, justamente para conseguir acesso ao quarto mais cedo, já que o check-in oficial é apenas às 15h. Ainda assim, não houve qualquer flexibilidade, nem mesmo para conceder uma única hora a mais. A localização do hotel é boa, mas a falta de cordialidade e de atenção aos detalhes comprometeu totalmente a experiência. Infelizmente, não pretendo retornar.
