Le secteur est stratégique, c’est à côté du métro. La chambre est un peu petite. La piscine est agréable.

Great Confortable Stay
Great Service. Especially Manish at Reception, room service team and jam jars restaurant team were great. Restaurant discount scheme for hotel residents are little complicated during happy hour times.

Not great, stay elsewhere
Before arriving at the hotel, we emailed them to ask if the Executive Place Room has Club access. The agent said it did and I had this in writing. Upon arrival at the hotel, they said this was not the case and said that I was reading the email wrong! They were completely uninterested about the false advertisement and would not honour this.
When we ran the bath, the water was filthy so we couldn’t use the bath. The chairs on the balcony were so uncomfortable and old which was really disappointing. The cafe downstairs wouldn’t let us drink a small glass of water from the hotel reception after purchasing food and drink from them which just seemed very petty.
If you have another hotel in mind for your stay, go there. We’ve always stayed at the marina and won’t return here. It’s on the very outskirts of the marina so you’d be better staying somewhere further into the marina. Real shame staying here considering how much more we paid to stay here than our first choice! We only stayed here after being told we get club access to find out the hard way that we don’t.
