Moldy room, noisy at night, in the morning there was no hot water at 5 am so I couldn’t take a shower before my flight. Staff was helpful and friendly

Very clean and friendly, but out of the way and no lunch or evening meals available. That said, reception recommended at takeaway service which was excellent and great value for the money! Main draw backs, too far from town, no bar and no dining service.

staff weren't as accomodating when arriving. If you're here for 1 night due to it bring near the airport go for it. if you're here for accomodating staff to be helpful then its a no. *Tip theres a taxi button outside the hotel. they'll come to you in 5mins. Enjoy

This hotel looks lovely and it is nicely decorated however I found staff unapproachable and the food was awful. If you are happy with bread and fruit then you’ll be fine but I struggled with finding things for breakfast so happy I didn’t pay all inclusive. I used the Turkish Uber eats every day. You are not in walking distance of any shops for snacks or anything. If you want fruit juices or bottled water this is at an extra charge. It’s not the same inclusive as other competitors.

The property is located in a deserted area, the closest market is 20 min walk or $5 taxi ride, $10 to the city center, each way. Nothing can be purchased at the property, for every small need a ride to city or market is necessary. Food looks OK, but my partner and I suffered indigestion while stayed there. Cheapest local wine is served, charged $6 per glass if "all inclusive" option is not purchased. All inclusive at property costs 35 Euro, while on Expedia it is offered for $18. Property is also located very close to airport's runway, so every departing plane, which are hundreds a day flies above the hotel and makes guests look up due to noise. Blankets too small to cover two people, so additional were requested out of housekeeping hours and provided by the stuff, but they were used as had a strong smell of harsh perfume on one side and none on other. When reported to the general manager it seems like did not bother him much. While most members of hotel's stuff are very nice and polite, and treat guests with smiles, some others look at you like you owe them something, but provide service as required. Out of 3 pools only 2 deep enough for swimming, 3rd is 50 cm deep. Both have insufficient amount of umbrellas and daybeds for all interested. Usually all occupied after breakfast. While hotel provides a ride to the beach, the rides are inconveniently limited, just a few a day, with the last one at 6 PM without ride back to hotel. Definitely, we will never return.

The first room we were given: the shower did not work nor did the phone. There were no spare pillows. The room smelled badly of damp and mould. We complained about the shower and were offered another room where at least the shower worked but with tepid water and old thin towels. We requested a wake up call for our onward journey the next day. But were not understood and were then told the phones did not work but we would be given a knock on the door. This did not happen. The hotel has no easy to reach local restaurants or bars. We were told orders for dinner in their restaurant were available until 8.30pm. We were hungry and went to the restaurant which offered a meager buffet with only 2 'hot' mezes. There was no choice of main course and very limited deserts. The food was poorly prepared and bland, tepid and served on cold plates. We had only just sat down to the mezes when we were told the kitchen would shut in 5 minutes and we would have to get our main and desert before it was cleared away. The staff at all times were unhelpful. The hair dryer was faulty and dangerous. There was no hot Water in the shower. The air conditioning in the 2nd room could not be altered from cold. The beds were hard and poorly supplied with linen and pillows. We were charged 350tl per head for the dinner. A gross overcharging for the quality of food. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room or offered in the restaurant. Overall we would not recommend this place to anyone.

Öncelikle personelin güler yüzü ve yardimseverligi harika. Sabah, öğle ve akşam yemekleri açık büfe olarak zengin çeşitlerle uygulanmaktadir memnun kaldık. Otelin hem içi hemde bahçesi tertemiz. Çocuklu aileler için harika bir yer. Plaja ücretsiz servisi var. Plajda şezlong ve şemsiye ücretsiz verilmektedir. Biz memnun kaldık. Bir daha geleceğiz.

Stedet var meget fint, men menneskerne var alternative. Folk var ikke meget for kødannelse mv. vi blev i tvivl om folk vil støde ind os, og der var et enkelt tilfælde hvor vi ingen siddeplads havde til aftensmaden, ene personer satte sig ved et bord plads til 4, på trods af andre ledige pladser der var forinden. Dette er ikke udelukkende hotellets skyld, men man kan ligesom alt, forhindre det. Det er småting, men disse småting gør den store forskel på om det var en oplevelse der fortjente 4 eller 5 stjerner. En 5-stjernet ferie skal indebærer at alt er problemfrit uden de mindste irritationer. God oplevelse👍

Otelinizede 2 gece konakladik. Daha ilk girişte karşılaştığım manzalar fotograflarda mevcuttur. Yerler bir önceki misafirden kalma saçlarla dolu,banyo giderindeki saçları soylemek bile istemiyorum. Ertesi gün yapilan temizlikte bile ayni yerde ayni saçlar duruyordu. Odanın okeyi bir kat şefi tarafından kontrol edilmemiş bence kontrol edilse gozden kaçacak detaylar asla değil bu olumsuzlukları misafir olarak ilk bakışta ben görebiliyorsam temizliğini yapan personel ve şefi mutlaka gormesi gerekiyordu. Havlular ıslak ve saçlarla doluydu kocaman bir leke onlarin bile bir önceki misafirden kalma havlular olduğunu düşündürttü bana tamamen rezalet hijyen diye birsey yok malesef.

Malesef beklentimizin aşırı altında bir oteldi. Sabah 07.00’de koridorda ve yan odalarda çocuk sesiyle uyanıyorsunuz ve asla ses kesilmiyor. Odalarda nem ve rutubet kokusu çok yoğun. 3 gün konakladık neredeyse her gün aynı yemekler çıkıyor. Tatlılar tatsız. Şezlonglarda yer bulmak imkansız. Otel öyle bahsedildiği gibi plaja 700m falan da değil. Aracınız varsa en az 15 dk yol gitmeniz gerekiyor. Genel müdürleri ukala tavırlar. Ödemeyi geri alabileceğimi bilsem anında çıkardım. Umarım bu yorum gidecek arkadaşlara ışık olur.

Das Hotel Lara Garden liegt praktisch in der Nähe des Flughafens Antalya, was die An- und Abreise angenehm kurz macht. Die Anlage selbst wird sauber gehalten und bietet zwei große Pools, die für die Größe des Hotels absolut ausreichend sind. Leider gibt es deutliche Schwachpunkte bei den Zimmern: Sie sind renovierungsbedürftig, die Matratzen sind extrem unbequem, und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert und ein Zimmerwechsel ermöglicht wurde. Das All-Inclusive-Angebot ist stark eingeschränkt. Die Bar schließt bereits um 22 Uhr, danach muss alles extra bezahlt werden. Cocktails sind generell nicht im All-Inclusive enthalten und schlagen mit stolzen 10 € pro Stück zu Buche. Am Abreisetag gab es ein weiteres Manko: Da der Check-out um 12 Uhr erfolgte und unser Rückflug erst am Abend war, stand uns kein Zimmer mehr zur Verfügung, um uns frisch zu machen. Lediglich die Pooldusche konnte genutzt werden, und fürs Umziehen blieb nur das WC. Das Essen ist insgesamt ausreichend, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat, aber geschmacklich und von der Auswahl her eher Durchschnitt.
