We Booked 2 rooms, they served its purpose, it was a quick trip used the room basically to just sleep.... that hotel has seen better days, needs upgrading big time, wall paper coming off, rust in corners of floors shower curtains, floors not level, beds werent the comfiest or the pillows, we had hot water, & the ac unit worked so was good the 4 staff members i came across were nice & welcoming the 2 at check in & the 2 night all seemed nice & willing to help, I know its not on them to update but they were pleasant while interacting with the people, we didnt make it to breakfast they stopped serving by 9, I am used to 10 1030 @ least especially on weekends Overall got what i paid for i have paid for 180/night suite & pool @ hotel has been horribly very dirty the pool here lOoked clean & ready for use so overall an good experience

This was without a doubt one of the worst experiences of my life. We weren’t even checked in 10 minutes and our room smelled completely of cigarette smoke (on the 5th floor” the conjoining door someone attempted to open and my gf bound small splatters of blood on the sheets…. We attempted to go to the front desk, no one was there so we sat our key in the desk and left. Ended up booking in another city for $659, so this is not about the money but principle. They denied a refund, they could not have cared less in all honesty and out of spite held the deposit longer than they should have. I contacted the NM health department and advised them to take a look into this.

This hotel needs a total renovation! I stayed in room 406 which had a king bed. The furniture looked from the 80’s. The bathroom was awful! The tub was discolored and had bumps on the bottom where it has been repaired. The sink was small and took time to drain. The noise in the whole hotel ridiculous, even on weekend mornings there were construction sounds. The sliding glass balcony doors let in a lot of noise because it didn’t shut all the way correctly. It truly sounded like it was open and you could hear all the outside noise. I paid 70 dollars a night and it was not worth it! A lot of the guests were Hispanic male workers that were roofers, construction workers and plumbers because that is what the trucks they were carpooling in said. The parking slots were made for small cars and not for SUV’s or trucks and that’s what most of the guests were driving. I was lucky that I found corner parking most nights but then in the morning I found a work truck parked ILLEGALLY next to my vehicle. This happened each of the four nights I was there. Guest just parked where and how they wanted some took two parking spaces because they were small. The breakfast was okay but they had ZERO fruit available and they eggs and sausage looked worse than what I ate during my Army basic training days in the 1980’s! I left two days early because I just could take another restless night of uncomfortable rest. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel at all!

Older hotel that has seen better days. Our room was dirty and the rug well faded and soiled. The bathroom had recently been renovated and was clean and somewhat pleasant. The area it's located in, is on the edge of not being safe. My wife said she'd never stay there again. To be honest, we'll never stay there again.

My room was nice but had a few problems.There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door and the bathtub leaked all night. The bed was very broke down and hard to sleep on. The staff was awesome. Breakfast could use a little work. Pool was amazing and the perfect temp!!
