Below expectations swissotel

The lobby apparently got renewed but the rooms were looked like I am back in the 80's. The air conditioner wasn't helping which made me having insomnia but luckily I was there in December. The linen has stain on it, the floor mat in the bathroom has a huge stain which I didn't even bother to use it because it's filthy gross! Btw, there is no free wifi, wifi per day cost chf7.

Great hotel, why should it close?

Very comfortable hotel, very practically located near Oerlikon station. Fantastic facilities. It is a shame that it is due to close in a couple of months.
