Comfortable 3 night stay in newly renovated Queen Delux Room. Room has adequate amenities with aircon, refrigerator and hot water jug however lacks a microwave oven. Although next to a main road the room was very quiet. Affordable 3 day rate on Hotels.com made the accommodation good value for money.

I understand that work is being done on accomodation - but @7.30 am male voices and manhole opened and I can see torchlight in the roof space above my room . It was unnerving . I spoke to 2 workman. And they helped close manhole.

Arrived a bit early for the check in but the staff at the bar (where you check in) were very friendly and I was able to check in a little earlier than the regular time. Room seemed very new. Was fresh and quite clean. Quiet considering it's on a busy road. Very convenient as it's a 12 minute train ride from the airport and the hotel is right across the street from the train and bus lines.

A very pleasant surprise. Once you get the key from the bar you can use the private side entrance without going into the hotel itself. Nice clean room and huge bathroom with a lovely rain shower with old fashioned pressure. I’ll be back for sure.

I recently stayed at this hotel. I would like to kindly bring to your attention some issues I encountered during my stay, which unfortunately affected the quality of my experience. Firstly, the room I was assigned had a strong smell of paint, which I believe was due to its close to an area that had been recently painted. The odor was quite noticeable and made it difficult to relax comfortably in the room. Secondly, on Saturday morning, there was construction work taking place near my room. The noise started quite early and disrupted my sleep, leaving me feeling exhausted for the entire day, and I believe there is law that limits Saturday construction, which I have informed the worker. While I understand that maintenance and upgrades are sometimes necessary, I believe it would have been helpful to be informed in advance or offered an alternative room farther from the affected areas. Given the circumstances, I would like to kindly request a refund for three nights of my stay, as I believe the disturbances significantly impacted my comfort and rest. Thank you very much for your understanding and attention to this matter. I appreciate your assistance and look forward to hearing from you. Warm regards

Clean room. But they decided to start renovating at 6am and nobody could sleep. I got some catch up sleep at 9am and cleaning sevice tried to burst through my door at 10am sharp, even though I had another hour to checkout apparently. I am exhausted for work meetings today as a result.
