They said they were overbooked for a family suite we booked three months prior. And the manager acted like she was doing us a favor by giving us a room at the Sheraton. She said we should be happy they even got us another room somewhere else. The management needs to be examined. And this is from a Marriott Bonvoy elite member!! Sad.

The Westin had wonderful staff at the front desk and in the restaurants. The place has so much potential but needs updated so badly. The carpets are quite old in the rooms and I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Everything else in the room needs updated.

Centrally located to restaurants and clubs. Fifteen minute walk to PNC and twenty minute ride from airport. Only one thing the Hotel needs is a good quality complementary coffe for its guest and maybe some lemon water for the lobby....not a biggie thou. Definitely Definitely staying here again!!
