The staff was amazing and helpful right from the start there was good food options. They helped with luggage and all out questions were answered Rooms clean and spacious and great for families I would recommend this hotel to anyone

A great hotel in Singapore!

My wife and two daughters and I stayed at the hotel for four nights and truly enjoyed Singapore. Adhraf, concierge, gave us excellent suggestions for our four day stay from eating places, sites to see etc. On the business side of the hotel, Raymond was excellent and also helped us with restaurants etc. There are two of them certainly added to a wonderful stay at the hotel. Also, the hotel is located in the middle of several restaurants which really makes it easy to go out and eat and not take a long time getting to the restaurant. Excellent food!

They might be in the process of updating rooms, but my room was not updated. All furniture was chipped, tiles stained, bed hard as a rock. I messaged their WhatsApp to ask when room service started, they never answered. I called the front desk, no answer. I called room service, no answer. I went downstairs and asked the front desk when room service started, they told me 6am. I asked about the menu, they said there was a QR code in my room. Searched high and low, zero QR code. I called again, they said they could do it until 6:30am. I went without. They texted me on WhatsApp a day later saying room service started at 9:30am.

Would have given a better review if it hadn't been for the mix up. Distinctively remember paying for the breakfast buffet when I booked my stay; but as we got to the hotel they couldn't find our breakfast booking in their system - - hence it was forfeited. Horribly unfair on our part. Money wasted. We also put in a request for 2 single beds but as we got to our room there was only one large bed in its center. Had to go down to the lobby once more and they gave us another room. In this new room the safe to hold valuables wasn't working. Regardless to say, it was pretty disappointing with all these little things going wrong, not to mention all the wear and tear of the room adding to the overall disappointment.

problems for the price.

the staff were great, but the room is flawed. i stayed in a premium executive room 1412 . I have stayed before, but this room had some issues. It's a big room, but has annoying problems (for the price). The water is generally highly erratic.... the basin is alwaysn cold... The shower is quite cold at certain times of the day, then really hot at other times of the day. The stupid "pretty but useless " shower tap, fell apart, but is quite erratic in its use, and doesn't seem to do much... not change cold water to hot, nor hot water to cold. Even when standing under it, the temperatuyr changes by 5 degrees for 5 seconds, then suddenly returns. Quite spontaneous and without warning. It's weird and annoying. Close to dangerous when it suddenly gets hot... The bed in this room is like a concrete slab... OK for China, but noone else. Silly pillows where one is too little but two is too much. The aircond is also highly erratic. hot/cold... and the controls are weird and non-intuitive. This was enough to make me pick the Oasia next week when I return and in the future. Their club rooms are same price and WAY bettter.

가족 여행으로 패밀리룸을 이용했는데 방 크기도 크고 전반적으로 만족스러움. 다만 몇 가지 거슬리는 점들은 있었음. 샤워실 문을 여닫을 때 경첩에서 소리가 심하게 났음. 분전반에서도 이튿날부터 소음이 계속됨. 그래도 코리아타운과 가깝고 쇼핑몰과 붙어있어서 전체적으로는 만족스러움.
