When I arrived in the room, I tried to use the safe but it did not work. I tried to phone reception but nobody answered so I had to go down to find help. Everyone was helpful but it caused an unnecessary delay that meant I had to rush to prepare for my night out. The room had a connecting door to the next room. I wasn’t particularly comfortable about the security. It had zero soundproofing which wasn’t a problem the first night but the second night my neighbour had a cough - he may as well have been sa I noticed the next day theThe room was clean and comfortable. The shower was a bit cramped and some of the jets on the overhead showerhead were blocked so I had to use the handheld showerhead to rinse properly.

Great check in, easy and quick. Room was lovely and we had a huge bed which was very comfy. The room overlooked Leicester Square so great spot and we didn’t hear a thing outside and it was busy the whole time. Slept so well, turned off the heat and was warm enough as it was a bit noisy. We didn’t eat here but breakfast was £15 so well priced for the location. There is a Costa attached and the hotel give us a BOGOF for a drink in from there . Well placed and would happily return

Room was not ready when we arrived. Instead of owning their mistake they had us wait for 20 minutes without any info. Some towels had clear dirt marks on them. Shower was clogged, hallways very smelly. Apart from that, a clean room, nice staff and a unbeatable location. Better than many London hotels.

Nice staff, great location. A bit hard beds but still a very comfortable sleep. The only negative comment I have, will be about the two mirrors in the room (hallway and bathroom) both these mirrors have a super bright light right above which makes it incredibly uncomfortable and hard to do any makeup. Turning off the light doesn’t help because then it’s suddenly too dark(. Apart from that, this was a great stay and I lovely hotel!

Really, the only thing going for this hotel was location. It definitely is in need of updates. The access to the property was a challenge, as often the keys to gain access didn't properly activate the doors opening. The doors were also often closed, even though the signage gave specific times that you would need to utilize keys to gain entry. There were OVERPOWERING weird fragrant odors throughout the property. I don't know WHAT they were trying to hide, but it assaulted you the minute you left the lobby of the hotel.
