We had an incredible stay at a most wonderful hotel in the center town close to everything! NH Collection Amsterdam Flower Market offers bigger rooms than average Amsterdam hotels at a fair price and ours had not one, but two balconies to appreciate the city and canal views!. The staff were super friendly and so attentive to all our needs. We appreciated the daily complimentary water and free drinks in exchange for forgoing room cleaning. We would stay at this hotel again!

Worst hotel experience in a very long time. Our shower drain was not working properly during the entire stay. It drained extremely slowly, but according to the hotel staff this was “okay,” since it wasn’t technically a blockage. However, if you turned up the water pressure, the water would pool quickly and rise to a high level. There were no similar rooms available, so they were unable to move us. The “compensation” offered was a single free breakfast for all three of us who stayed in the room.
