Kein Mövenpick mehr, aber trotzdem super

Als ich klein war, wollte ich immer mal ins Mövenpick. Leider habe ich das um ein Jahrzehnt oder mehr verpasst. Das PLAZA ist aber auch ganz nett gewesen. FĂŒr rund 80€ pro Nacht im EZ gab es ein großes Zimmer, zwei Flaschen Wasser, einen Wasserkocher, jede Menge HandtĂŒcher, zwei Kopfkissen usw. Da kann man echt nicht meckern. Die Lage ist ideal, man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt von Ulm oder Neu-Ulm. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck sah umfangreich aus, war bei mir aber nicht dabei. Das Personal war super freundlich. Im Sommer habe ich eine Klimaanlage vermisst. Ich wĂŒrde trotzdem jederzeit wieder hin, auch wenn es kein Luxushotel mehr ist.

Otrevligt bemötande nÀr vi försökte checka in. Kunde inte stÀlla vÄra vÀskor nÄgonstans tills incheckningstiden. Rummet var okey med skön sÀng. Frukosten var okey med bra urval. Vi ville köpa bestÀlla frÄn baren men dÀr serverades bara vin och öl sa samma otrevliga man vid incheckningen. Bemötandet drar ner vÄr vistelse sÄ jag vill inte rekommendera detta Hotel.

Wird dem Premium im Namen leider nicht gerecht.

Am bislang heißesten Tag des Jahres eröffnete man mir beim CheckIn auf Frage nach der Klimatisierung, dass diese seit Wochen nicht funktioniert. FĂŒr mich vollkommen unfassbar, warum man diesen Defekt nicht behebt. Mich erwartete ein stark aufgeheiztes Zimmer mit Abendsonne. Nicht einmal die VorhĂ€nge waren zugezogen zum WĂ€rmeschutz. Es standen lediglich dicke Decken zur VerfĂŒgung. Vor meinem Fenster war ein Fahnenmast des Hoteleingangs. Durch die zwangsweise notwendige durchgehende LĂŒftung wurde ich nachts von durchgehend klappernden Drahtseilen am Fahnenmast wachgehalten. Ich habe daher eine der unangenehmsten NĂ€chte seit Langem erleben mĂŒssen. Das Personal hat netterweise die Parkkosten erlassen, mich aber darauf hingewiesen, dass ja auch online gar keine Klimatisierung mehr angegeben sei. Ich reise seit Jahren viel, auf den Eintrag Klimaanlage habe ich jedoch tatsĂ€chlich noch nie geachtet. Diese setzte ich bisher bei HĂ€usern dieser Kategorie voraus... Man lernt nie aus. Wohlgemerkt ist ja auch eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, sie wird einfach nicht repariert.

The hotel decor was fixed up very nice. Good location too My first room the AC didn’t work and it was very hot. To their credit they moved me to another room on the top floor. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Es fehlen die Badartikel wie in anderen Hotels, z. B. Watte, OhrstĂ€bchen etc. Bei Duschen steht das Bad unter Wasser, weil die Gumilippen der Duschkabinen nicht abschließen. Wir mussten das Bad komplett mit HandtĂŒcher auslegen
