Nice stay.
Stay was excellent. Great bartender. Room was wonderful. Spacious, clean and well supplied. Parking is no longer free which took me by surprise. I wish someone from the front desk would have told me about how to pay for parking, as I held up the line at the parking booth trying to pay for parking at the exit.

One night stay
Our stay was good overall. The bed was not super comfortable and bounced a lot if one person rolled over or moved. Bartender Chris and food for dinner was great. Breakfast was delicious and our waitress Pamela was the best. It costs 25 to park overnight. We were unaware of this.

Horrible stay and poor employee training
I booked my stay through hotels.com. Upon my arrival I was told that they were overbooked by 5 rooms and that they could not find my room. They finally gave me a room and told me that they would switch the name over later. I left the hotel for a while and upon my return I noticed that someone had been in my room after I left the do not disturb tag on the door. Things were moved and my electronics were unplugged. I noticed that the card that I used to cover incidentals was charged $300. I stood in line patiently and finally spoke to the front desk employee and she advised me that was the charge for the 2 night stay in the room which was never switched into my name. I told her that the room had already been paid for through Hotels.com and she could care less. She told me that no refund would be issued and that I would have to wait 5-10 business days for a refund. She also told me that I would have to call and email in order to speak to the manager to attempt and get a refund for the duplicate charge. I also told her that people entered my room without permission and touched my personal items. The clerk said that they thought an employee was using the room since it was not registered to anyone. This was after she had to call the manager for assistance. So 45 min later I am still double charged and with no clear direction on a refund. I guess the customer is Not always right.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Paid for room ahead of time. We were landing after midnight so I called the hotel a day ahead to confirm late check in, which they said was no problem. Got to the hotel and they said they had no rooms. The man at the desk so not apologetic and just said they were busy. Claimed he was trying to find a room but only laughing and talking with friends on the phone. Finally told us the Wyndham wound take us and gave me an address and a “letter” telling them to only charge me $140 (I paid a lot more for original room) also said he could only send me to another bonvoy hotel. The hotel was about 5 miles away and so we had to Uber which was another $20. The new hotel was in an industrial area and scary to say the least. The front desk clerk had no idea that we were coming and knew nothing about the alleged conversation with the Sheridan clerk even after showing them the “letter.” The Wyndham tried to charge me another $140 but she was actually kind enough not charge me and said she would figure it out with the Sheridan. I would have found another hotel on my own but it was 1:30 in the morning and I did not have a car. Now I have to waste more time tying ti get my money back.
