This was a very pleasant experience, hotel well maintained & pleasant (rare.) Everything Worked! Bed & towels luxurious. Shower/ room excellant! Staff were all very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was 5 star -dining room/ buffet, w/ server. Stays at other places weren't nearly like this, which is why I comment in detail. Finding the place a bit challenging.

Terrible vacation

I stayed at this hotel for two days. The room was spacious and clean, and we had come to celebrate an important occasion and relax — but unfortunately, our stay did not go as planned. We checked in around 4 PM, and within an hour I noticed that the automatic blinds were not working. This left us stuck in a dark, uncomfortable room. I immediately informed the front desk, but it took a long time for someone to arrive. When the staff member finally came, he said nothing could be done since the technician was away. I asked him to have the front desk follow up with me, but nobody ever called or checked on us. After waiting, I had to call again myself, only to be told the same thing — that nothing could be done. I’ve worked in this sector, and I know alternatives could have been provided, such as offering another room. Instead, they sent the same staff member back, who managed to fold the blinds temporarily, but again, there was no follow-up. Calls to the front desk also took a long time to be answered. That night, lowering the blinds was a struggle, and no one picked up our calls for assistance. The next afternoon, when I called again, I was told the technician was still unavailable — yet again, no one had proactively contacted us. Eventually, after another hour, the technician came and fixed the blinds, but both nights we were disturbed by loud noises from the blinds’ mechanism. This was disappointing, especially because it is the hotel’s responsibility to ensure that rooms a

Nice and clean hotel room. That’s where it ends. service is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced the breakfast feels as if you getting served in prison with the staff watching your every move, god forbid you ask for bacon! That’s an extra charge! Even with the paid breakfast Vaucher. Let’s not even talk about how rude the staff was! Side note don’t order anything from the bar unless you like to throw money away overall bad experience. Stay away.

Great Stay – Would Come Back

Our stay was very enjoyable! The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The only small downside was that the pool was a little overcrowded at the time, but overall it was a great experience and I’d happily stay here again.

The unit we had looked newly renovated, it was very clean. We would stay there again based on how clean it was. The only thing we didnt like was that we had two rooms under same reservation and they took a hefty deposit for each room. It was close to the same amount of the price we paid in full for the two nights, which was close to $900. We were 4 adults/ two separate rooms. We paid prior in full on expedia. If your worried about the deposit make sure you inquire before hand. As this was an unexpected amount that had to he held in order for us to get the rooms.
