Great location, safe neighborhood! Communication with the host was super easy and smooth, they even let us check in a bit earlier since the apartment was ready. Super close walking distance to La Sagrada Família and metro.

We had a wonderful stay at Aspasios, apartment was clean and comfortable, perfectly located near Sagrada Familia. Only downside was no parking at rhe facility but a few close by, we found one that was a 3-5 min walk from there.

Excellent accommodations. Very comfortable, very cold AC, our fourth floor room had an excellent view of the top of the sagrada Familia. Washer/dryer unit was a two in one, but it was at least something for us. Clothes line was available. Service was excellent and answered all of our questions via Whatsapp.

This property was really good. Very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Excellent communication from Aspasios The location was perfect for us as there was plenty to do and options for eating out as well as close metro stations.

We like this accommodation. That's why it is clean and it has useful things to cook. Perfect house! But, I think you provide more towels.
真實評價

8/10 很好

I liked the fact that it was a 7-10 minutes walk away from restaurants, convenience stores, easy to grab taxis and close to the La Sagrada Família. The apartment was well stocked, clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The wi-Fi connection was also strong and the air conditioning worked well. My main (but also a minor inconvenience) concern was that because of the lack of proper slopping of the shower floor, the bath mat would be soaked after each shower.

Absolutely loved this property! There were 5 of us in our group ages 30-65 we all totally enjoyed our time here. The staff answered all our inquiries quickly and even repaired the washing machine within hours after we contacted them. Great location to see the sights of Barcelona!!

Location near Sagrada Familia, many nearby restaurant & walkable attractions. Cons- narrow halls, small elevator, nonfunctioning appliances, door not very easy to open by digital code.

Great accomdations

Nicely renovated, clean, and modern. Good location. Very safe and close to metro. Was not able to check in till exactly 4:00 (per agreement) as door locks are coded. Host didn't respond to request for slightly late checkout but was responsive to everything else. Great overall experience and would recommend.

Apartamento funcional, mas merece passar por alguns cuidados. A porta do banheiro não se fechava. Estava emperrada.
