flight cancelled but hotel no refund and unable to change another date not flexible handling! most of hotels can flexible to handle, no matter 3-5stars hotel, can free cancel or change another date. But this hotel told me that flight cancelled due weather unable to change date as well. As a Gold card member of hotel.com and some of 5stars hotel members, i stayed many hotels before, however this hotel is bad service, will not recommend others to stay. very disappointed!!!!!!

The hotel is located near the sea shore. It is about 10-15mins walk from the Rinku town station. At first that walk was a bit painful as we had three heavy luggages and tired already, but the onsen was super! The wide view of the seaside was so relaxing. Clean facilities, polite and helpful dinosaur staff at the reception. We will be back.
