Everything was great, happy hour with the snack bar, the restaurant, the room was very comfortable but in the morning we went down for breakfast and the coffee machine was broken and the coffe they brought out in pump pots was extremely bitter and old tasting.

Great Stay

Repeat customer
Facility is getting slightly dated, furnishings showing wear, but this hotel is my favorite to stay at when traveling to the Minneapolis area. It is close to attractions, has a great breakfast with omelet bar and very friendly, helpful staff.

The breakfast was good, but they were out of potatoes and french toast when we went for breakfast. Ran out of towels at the pool.The little things are keeping it from being great.

Pleasant
My group was pleasantly surprised by the room set up. It has a suite feeling to it. The door between the sleeping area and receiving/desk area was a nice touch. The little bit of separation is really nice for family with kids or business travel.
We tried to take advantage of the social time with a free drink and snacks. The hours is from 5- 6:30, so mostly likely to be out about, but if you happen to be in the hotel. It's a nice touch.
I also really enjoyed the courtyard design, gives the hotel a really open feel.

The moment I checked in the front desk clerk Amber was very rude and disrespectful.She was talking to me like I was a robot or didn't understand what she was saying.Amber couldn't find my booking and she was saying maybe your at the wrong one since we have 2 locations.I told Amber maybe its under a different last name and she just assisted that it was not there and that I need to go to the other location.So as I was talking to her she picked up the phone in the middle of me talking to talk to someone with out even saying "excuse me or I have to take this call" and that was very so unprofessional to do to a paying customer.And the mist of me getting ready to leave and just go to another hotel "Hot Wheel Al" ask me to come to his counter and that he will look it up and very much so he was able to find my reservation at this location.(But when Amber got off the phone she was helping another person to check in she was the most polite & apologizing person on earth, it's like her attitude switched up when the next person came around.)I also told the manager "Latisha" about the situation but I still haven't heard anything back from her. Also housekeeping went into my room while I was out and they so happened to take my son shorts I just bought and when I asked them about it no can find them.So I had to buy more clothes. I also told Latisha about that as well and did a claim but still haven't heard nothing about that either. So I will like to speak to someone that's higher managemen

GREAT STAY, EXCEPT....
This place is amazing.
Clean and the breakfast omelets are very delicious.
Amber at the front desk was rude and did not have patience. She talked to customers with no emotion and was not willing to problem solve a situation. Another employee had go step in to complete our stay and he was delightful. ( forgot his name).
Overall, I would stay again.

Problems with customer service
