We had a great stay. The service was outstanding.
The breakfast was very delicious as was our dinner in the restaurant in the evening.
Our room (908) was clean and very comfortable. Only the window was letting in cold air even though it was closed.
Would love to stay there again, the next time we are in london.

The Hotel is good, however it is old and not recently renovated. I had a super quiet room. Everything (heating, shower, TV, etc.) worked fine and I had a rather pleasant stay. An extra thanks to Shimon at the reception who helped me to get my forgotten phone charger courteously and without a fuss.
