The first night there was something that happened that involved police. 6 officers were standing around a hotel room. And then 30 minutes after that scene, a forensic photographer appeared in the hotel. The second night the fire alarm went off at 4:30am and everyone had to evacuate because someone decided to smoke then. The weeds were overgrown. Trash was all over the parking lot. Maybe they had just switched hands to become Wyndham. But it needed work. Staff was friendly enough.

Not terrible.

The AC in the building wasn’t working. It was soo hot. There is only one elevator on each side of the building and the elevator half worked. A lot of the times we had to stand and wait for 10 minutes at least to get the elevator to us and it was sketchy to be on. Was able to use the outside pool but the inside pool, the flooring of it wasn’t in the greatest shape. All the staff was really nice and the breakfast included was really good. We only had three towels in our room and there wasn’t any at the pool so we used two of our three from the room so when we had to shower we was out of towel options and had to use the shower mat as a towel and a hand towel as the shower mat. I was concerned as to why the door handle to the room across from me was ripped clear off the door.

WORDT HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE and I spend 70 nights per year in 70 different hotels. It took 2 hours to get room key after I had already checked in earlier in the afternoon. Some people waited 3 hours to check in in a 100+ degree lobby because there was no air con. There were 25 of us sweating like pigs waiting for the front desk to process people. My wait stated at 1030pm. They had overbooked so most of those people found put after a 2 -3 hour wait at 1 in the morning that they didn't even have a room! On checkout I was told that the manager would call but of course, the call never came. DO NOT BOOK ANY WYNDHAMS EVER!

We wasn’t happy

We had to take my sister to emergency surgery for her shoulder to Cleveland clinic. My sister payed for a room for us but when we got there we wasn’t aware of a $100 deposit and all I had was cash so we had to ride around and find a gas station to add our money to to get the room. We got the room and the person at the front desk didn’t give us the door key only the room key, so we had to walk around every time we had to leave. We couldn’t control the air in the room, slept uncontrollably. The shower wasn’t working properly, it was running from both the top and bottom part of the shower.

SLOW check-in was totally unWacceptable. Paid for breakfast for 6 people when reserved/paid on HOTELs.com - but there was magically no record of it at Wyndham. Paid CASH for breakfast - They still partially billed my card for breakfast. No time to file fraud claim. Decent enough for sleeping but has left a foul taste behind.

Fine despite the work

It was very good, but they were renovating notably on the elevator. Hot tub was out of service which was a bummer. But the rooms were comfortable

We were in the area for the Cleveland Clinic which is less than 20 away. Outstanding staff, great comfortable room, restaurant on site, and 2 fantastic restaurants within walking distance. My 1st choice when in the area to stay.

Unclean. Windows had layers of unknown substance on it. Bathroom light barley bright enough. Most elevators down, along with the ice machines. Had to go three floors down for ice. Payed for two nights, left after a few hours.

My first experience seeing the place was like no way grass overgrown had one sign on building and we got there early and was trying to check in early because we had that option but no they said no then why offer it and we were tried needed a bathroom from a long drive and had to wait 4 hours so I hit emails also saying can check in at 3 and they said no 4 then I did get told anything about breakfast and my keys didn’t open door to get in building after we parked are car also I was told by another guy to use the other door cause it never locked how safe did I feel now no way ever again not happy

The hotel is in terrible condition. If you haven’t been there, you better get there soon. The elevators were scary. While the elevator that worked. The others didn’t work. You need to get in there and do some work quickly. I will never stay there again.
