We stayed at this Hotel for a wedding. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. Beds where comfortable. The Hotel on the outside could use a little updating and the lobby too. Would recommend staying here.

Grading this somewhat on a scale as this hit during covid, so no use of the pool or fitness center, and the on site restaurant was closed. Hotel was good. Not great but good. Easy check in, good bare essentials, good space (King sized room with a fridge) , pretty courtyard to relax. Only gripe would be that the A/C, on our first night, acted as though it had not been used in ages, so started and stopped a few times before it started acting properly throughout our 3 day stay. Safe, clean, decent price. In the age of COVID, cant ask for more.

Great place. I have used it my last couple of visits back to MI because it is so convenient for early morning flights. They have a 24 hour shuttle and all the staff I have encountered have been very polite and helpful.

I was not at all happy with my stay this time. The room was okay but there were no ammenities. There was no pool, no breakfast or coffee bar. And the coffee in the room was old and the creamer had a film over it where it had sat for so long. The staff offered no help and I felt like I was imposing when I did ask questions. I will not go back.

Nice comfy hotel. However I found clothes in the drawers from previous bookers. Check out at Noon but I had a housekeeper buss in my room at 9:10am. Called the front desk and receptionist was rude about it. There was plenty to do besides waking a sleeping customer, trash outside was backed up doors need to be sanitized and so on.

I was convinced to get a room from you, because of a previous customer's experience. I am sad to say that my experience was far less satisfying than what I was told. I didn't get the room I had initially booked, and I was told that I couldn't get the room because they were "fully booked"; the room I did get smelled of mold, the staff at the front desk was less than helpful, and there was no cookie! When I go back to Grand Rapids, I will NOT stay at this Doubletree! This was a worst experience than your location at San Diego, which I stayed at two weeks ago!

Hotel staff were very nice and professional. Hotel room was cleaned and well stocked with fresh linens but we did not have a microwave had to use the one in lobby which didn’t make sense during Covid.
