Fist, the name of this motel, is not the same as it is listed on Hotels.com. As well, the pictures of the motel are not at all the reality of it. It is run down, dirty, and infested with tweakers, including the woman at reception. The lobby, unlike its photo on Hotels.com looked as if it had never been touched by soap or even gazed upon by a janitor. As for the room, it was filthy as well. It hadn't been cleaned of the grime on the kitchenette, or the wood particles and dust on the tv stand. The bathroom faired no better, as the sink had toothpaste and a plethora of random hairs, presumably from the last occupant. The painted bathtub also gets a mention, along with the fact that there were no clean towels, nor even a trashcan to be seen anywhere. The two light fixtures above the beds had no bulbs in them and one of them fell off the wall onto my head. Aslo a big shoutout to the door, which by the looks of it had been kicked in, as the top safety bolt was inoperable, because of said damage and the general condition of the door itself. Again, the room shown on the Hotels.com picture was not what I experienced. There was also no smoke alarm, which the City of San Antonio will be hearing about. Lastly, the drug users ouside my room all hours of the night pacing back and forth and making a bunch of noise early this morning, were indeed the icing on this horrid cake/ dumpster fire. This place should be closed and Hotels.com should be ashamed of listing it.
