AWFUL!
As a single woman traveling alone my 1st impression was this doesnt feel safe. It was to many people lingering around for my taste. I entered the room and immediately was taken back from the condition of the room. There was blood stains on the carpet & the sofa was so heavily stained that I wouldnt dare think of sitting there! After seeing these awful stains as soon as I walked through the door, I turned around and walked out!! I went back to the lobby and refused to stay there and checked out. I was on the property from check in to check out a total of 30 minutes. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I went down the street and stayed at Delta hotel.

Never again
Check in took a while only one person was working, she just told me the room number and said breakfast is from 7-10. The room was on the back side of the building and had no lighting. There was a dog running loose near the room, the microwave did not work. The stove had a strange smell, we couldn’t even use it. While walking to my car there was a large group of teens arguing and running around the building. I didn’t feel safe, and could not even stay over night. I checked out around midnight for safety concerns. I would not stay again.

Nice room but the couch could be cleaner and there was a big blood stain on the curtain sheers. Also, there were about six or seven people who knocked on the door looking for the same person. Maybe don't rent long term stay rooms to overnight stay. Keep it vacant for a week. It was scary getting so many random people knocking on the door at all times of the night. Other than that my stay was pleasant. The staff was awesome.

Nasty Carpet/ friendly staff
The front desk was very friendly and helpful. How ever the rooms are not clean. The carpet is nasty, needs to be replaced. The rooms should not be rented with carpet that dirty. Old spills, cigarette burns, bleach spots, black spots.

Not as good as other Sonesta Suites
Here's a bullet point list. The heating had two settings: off and jet engine; very loud and annoying when you are trying to sleep. Hardly any linens and the blankets could barely keep you warm. The toilet paper holder was missing. Bath had two, child-sized towels for the shower. Kitchen overhead light was burnt out. Front door was not secure, the latch was broken (see photo). Table and chairs are wobbly. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and had fingerprints on doors like the police were there. Barely any utensils/plates/bowls, etc. One spoon, two knives and two forks. Coffee maker pot was missing. Staff not overtly rude but could still sense an attitude; they need to learn what hospitality means. Most bizarre, zero hangers in any of the closets. On the plus side, appliances/cabinets/ were nice and modern. WiFi was good, nice TV, and the curtains kept out most of the light.

Don’t stay here
When arriving to our room, it was full of marijuana smoke as if someone was just in there doing drugs. We tried to work past it due to how late it was, but got to the point where we could not. We asked to be moved to another room that was even more disgusting, hadn’t been cleaned and we’re unable to stay.
