Ingen luftkonditionering, ingen hjälpsam eller seriös personal, polen var iskall och smutsig, frukosten var inte heller den bästa. Rummet var hyfsat rent, fin utsikt och nära till fina restauranger.

Overall it was fine. Our first set of towels had mold on them and we had to ask for toilet paper. The daily breakfast was delicious and everyone was very helpful.

Majoituspaikka sijaitsi mukavan rauhallisella alueella ja huoneet olivat siistit. Huoneista kuului kaikki äänet (toisten huoneen, käytävän, ja viereisten hotellien musiikki illalla), aamupala ok mutta plussaa että sitä pystyi syömään ulkona majoituspaikan omalla takapihalla joka oli viihtyisä. Allas ja aurinkoruolit olivat hyvät kuumina päivinä.

Pessoas anipaticas e cafe da manha horrível

O lugar é ok, uma pousada familiar, mas com pessoas bem antipáticas, com exceção da cachorrinha (uma fofura). O cafe da manha é péssimo.

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig gelegen und nahe am Strand, Restaurant und Café um die Ecke. Nach Sorrento kann man gut in 20min laufen. Die Unterkunft ist alt, Duschstange war locker, die Betten sehr unbequem, Federkerne der Matratze waren ohne Druck spürbar! Das Frühstück sehr minimalistisch und immer das Gleiche. Außerhalb des Frühstücks war es nicht möglich, z.b.am Pool ein Cappuccino zu bestellen. Der Pool war zur Abkühlung OK aber nicht zum Schwimmen, dafür zu klein. Würde definitiv nicht wieder kommen-schade!

En cuanto al servicio del personal, todo fue excelente! Súper atentos, dan información y ayudan en lo que necesites. El desayuno casero lo prepara una señora muy amorosa (no preguntamos su nombre pero gracias, estaba todo súper rico), el último día nos dio pizza también buenísima! Las instalaciones son promedio, tienen un patio para poder relajarse y piscina. Las habitaciones muuuuuy pequeñas no coinciden en nada a las fotografías, con decir que nuestra maleta la tuvimos que abrir en el baño. Recomiendo pidan fotos actualizadas antes de reservar. Afuera cuentan con estacionamiento para motos, lo cual es muy cómodo. Agradecemos la atención humana, lo cual es lo mejor que nos llevamos de aquí (:

Don't rent at this hotel. It's a complete scam. The hotel is old, run-down, expensive, has no minibar in the rooms, the air conditioning doesn't work, and the smell of sewage and mold. The staff are in a bad mood, the management is family-run, and everyone has a bad attitude. The parking garage is terrible. The bathroom has no window. The bed is old. The hotel is falling apart.

The surrounding area of the hotel was stunning, but my experience was disappointing. I had paid for a sea-view room with a private bathroom, but instead, I was given a room where the ‘private’ bathroom was across the hallway and locked—only if you opened the bathroom window could you see the view I paid for. When I raised this issue with the staff they showed no interest in checking my booking or helping resolve the matter. The hotel itself is in need of some care and attention- The bedding and furniture felt basic and low quality. While there are beautiful views just around the corner, it’s quite a distance from the main area. Overall, we were left with the feeling that we weren’t particularly welcome.

The pool on the property was clean and refreshing. The outside area of the property was unique, with tables, benches, and sun loungers. There are 2 entrances- which is confusing on arrival. The area feels safe, and restaurants and beach club is walkable. Nearest grocery store and bus stop is a 10-15 min walk. Our map app told us there was a bus stop one-two streets away but a bus never came. Prepare to walk. There are a lot of steps at this property, no elevator. Rooms and property were clean, air conditioning in room was nice. Despite no smoking signs, there was vaping within the building. Reception is open limited hours, which is fine, on arrival the reception was not overly friendly. My friend was injured and the young woman walked very fast, did not slow down despite my asking. The view from our room was as described, sea view and beautiful. Some loose tiles and flooring noted, tripping hazards. A cute dog was on site. Breakfast was served daily and delicious. We were heading out early for a tour, before breakfast hours, and were served croissants and juice for the road- it was a nice touch. Overall, would recommend staying and would stay again, know it is a basic experience and prepare to call a taxi if you have luggage (pulling roller suitcases on the cobblestone streets was a challenge).

Skönt med pool Luftkonditionering högljudd ej så effektiv Frukost - youghurt, toastbröd, ost, skinka, sylt, kakor mm. Inget veganskt alternativ fanns Sängar sådär Fin utsikt- fick gå ned till stranden- hyra solstolar ca 20 EUR per person och dag. Allmän badstrand var på en cementbrygga. Busshållplats nära. Ca 1,8 km till Sorrento centrum

Great location and pool, room comfort was lacking

The pool and the location of Porto Salvo were the highlights. It is walking distance to Sorrento but much quieter and calmer. We were dissapointed in the AC, it barely worked and couldn't cool off the room. The room was also much smaller than pictured. If you do stay we cannot reccomend highly enough renting a vespa from the gentleman who works at the hotel. He had by far the best prices and the vespa was excellent. He was very helpful and great to deal with.
