I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!

We have always has a great stay at this hotel. The reservations was easy to do online and it made checkin so much easier. The rooms were fantastic and the breakfast was so good. I love the fact that this hotel is near so many good places to shop and eat. It was especially great that UAH was about a 5 minute drive.

Not the 4 seasons, but good.
It's a old hotel that they have updated, and cleaned. We were there for one night, 3 teens and two adults in two rooms. The bathrooms were cleaned but still old. The beds seemed newer, they were a little stiff but ok for a night. The staff was great other than the maintenance guy who decided to stare down my 17yo daughter at breakfast, luckily for him I wasn't interested in going to jail on my way to spring break. The breakfast was one of the better free breakfast you'll find at this price. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy looking, but just a short drive away was a cool area with top golf and restaurants. Would stay here again if I was passing through.

Awful
Our rooms were disgusting, we had 2 rooms. The bathrooms had mold on the ceiling, one of the tubs didn't drain well so we were standing in 3 inches of water. Hasnt been dusted in a long time. The rooms were just dirty. The air conditioning didn't work in one room so it was pretty uncomfortable. Free breakfast had watery eggs, no bread for toast. I read previous reviews and so i figured an overall 8.8 review was good! I'm not sure how in the world anyone could have rated this hotel that high, they obviously were not in our rooms. Plus there was no mention that the pool was closed. We will not stay at this hotel again. I tried to add photos but the app won't let me.

Just okay
Adequate for just one night. Motel is very dated and needs a complete remodel. Too few electric outlets and no ports for cell phones and tablets. Faucet in bathroom has way too much water pressure.

Will not be staying here again
The staff was friendly and the hotel looked to be updated for its age. The breezeways were not cleared of debris and the parking lot had garbage in the parking spaces. Someone with bloody hands had apparently opened the curtain in our room and when I notified the staff twice about this matter they just said oh no… I’ll let the cleaning staff know. I was woken up at 4am by a women banging on a door below our room and this went on for over 30 minutes. Maybe this is just what you get for this price of room but the rating was really good so that’s why I rented a room here. However the bed was comfortable and the staff wasn’t rude just didn’t offer anything to make the stay better.

The mattress was uncomfortable but everything else was pleasant. There were a few spots on the wall in the corners of the room that could use some paint. I’m not sure if they were scuffs or something worse. The room and sheets were clean. Jamilla at the front desk was very easy and nice to deal with. The breakfast was excellent!!

Best hotel stay in a long time
We had to rebook from another hotel and found Clarion Pointe on Hotels.com. Front desk supervisor Ms. Valerie was gave us a warm welcome and we had a beautiful, clean room with the most comfortable beds! Shoutout to Michael for the hot, delicious breakfast! Wanda in housekeeping was pleasant and very helpful. We would recommend Hotels.com and Clarion Pointe Hotel, Research Park to family, friends and others ❤
