Well, as the adage goes; you get what you pay for. Average accommodations in need of modernization. Would not stay there again. Actually surprised Marriott allows this property to retain the Marriott flag.

Clean, had utensils in kitchen and supplies. Quiet area, no problems at all. Close parking. The breakfast had plenty options hot & cold options, and plenty of beverage options.

Family Visit
Our stay was wonderful. We came to visit our son and new born granddaughter. Staff and front desk were very professional. Housekeeper all did a great job.

I didn't think it measured up to the Residence Inn standard.
Th room was clean but just need to be updated inside and out.

Great stay
Brittney Boydstun is the front office supervisor and she was so kind and warm. She really made me feel at home. The hotel was very nice, and the breakfast was great!

Communication with housekeeping.
The poor girl at the front desk needs a way to get a hold of house keeping, without having to leave the front desk. The check in time is 4pm and no one could check in. It sounded like hose keeping was not letting the front desk know which rooms were clean and the front desk lady had to keep leaving to find house keeping to figure out what rooms were done. People were very upset and yelling at the front desk. She really did such a nice job staying calm! Once in our room, there were no trash bags, or bar soap or the normal makeup wipes etc. It was just disappointing as we paid over $200. Could not get to our room until after 5pm and room was not complete.

No pool. They kept saying it was going to work and it was being worked on. It clearly was never going to be working. Had to spend more $ to keep kids entertained instead of enjoying the pool. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Had to buy ant traps.
