Stayed here in 2022 and wow the quality deteriorated by a landslide. We loved the shuttle back in 2022, it was complimentary- now it costs 5 dollars which is fine but the front desk failed to tell us this even when I asked about the shuttle schedule. We tried getting on the shuttle and we were turned away and they left without us. We tried buying a pass but the front desk took half an hour to tend to people in the lobby so we decided to walk to the shopping district. Our bathroom door got stuck and I tried calling the front desk- no one answered. So I went to the front desk and the front desk guy told me he would come as soon as he was done with the remaining guests in the lobby. He literally never came so I had to go down again and he was alone, pretty sure he forgot about us. He had a really weird defensive attitude when I asked again, because we wanted to go to bed! (It was 11:30). I ended up unlocking it myself with a Bobby pin since he came 30 minutes after that, I was already in my pijamas. The breakfast was a joke so we didn’t even try to eat there. Don’t waste your time here.
