It started out that we got a call from the hotel. The toilet in the type of room we requested was overflowing so we received a 20% discount for that night and was put in another room which we stayed in for the remainder of our stay.
The people at your front desk need a class on customer service. Answering questions with your head down and no smile doesn’t work for me.
What was really aggravating, the next day a bunch of athletes showed up, practically taking over the entire hotel. When that many people show up, the hotel should have a private buffet breakfast for them. We went to get something to eat and it was impossible. These people were occupying every table, chair and couch in the lobby that was available.
By the time they left, breakfast was over. Your staff needs to think or perhaps you should hire people that are more equipt.
When I related this to your reception desk, I got a stare and no answer.
We will not be staying at your hotel again.
