Upon checking into my room, I discovered a dirty sock belonging to a previous guest. To my alarm, this issue was found because my baby had picked it up and put it in his mouth.
This situation is not only concerning for hygiene reasons but also alarming for the safety of my child. I had high expectations for our stay, and this has greatly affected our experience.
There was no further follow up, they offered me complimentary parking, it came from the housekeeping manager, that was appreciated, but I feel that it could have been better the recovery steps for a incident like this
