Not too bad although the room is really small. In addition, I am very sure my power line was left at my room when I checked out the hotel. But when I called back the hotel, they said they didn't find anything in my room when I left. A few days later, we stayed at other Staypineapple in Seattle. Similar things happened. One of my friend left a small gift on the sofa at the lobby and left for just 5 minutes. But he went back to the lobby, the small gift was gone. Then he went to the front desk, but front desk said they didn't collect any thing from the sofa. Although the thing was missing was not very expensive. However, I felt their staff is very careless and doesn't care about guests' feelings. I think their management level should pay attention to this and try to raise customers' faith in the hotel.

Overall it’s a nice boutique hotel and a good location for walking and transportation. The single biggest issue is with “resort fees” while this was refunded this time, it’s such a stain on the overall experience. If you are required to pay it, it should show in the total price initially.

This is a cute, fun hotel. It is in a great location. Also offers a restaurant and bar. I love the bedding.

Wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt since I went in knowing the rooms are small etc. The bathroom was EXTREMELY small though- hard to even wash your face in the sink. The biggest irritation was a daily $25 amenities fee for things that really should already be included- water bottle refills, in room coffee, wifi. It might be worth it if you plan to use the bikes? Otherwise it felt like a scam. Also the coffee cups weren’t cleaned on the every other day room cleaning & coffee wasn’t replaced either.

It’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. Staff cordially friendly. Room small, with nowhere to sit. Limited TV services and open to everyone WIFI. Reasonably placed to get into the Boston tourist area, approx a mile walk. Noisy as close to a freeway and train station (there again Boston is a noisy city)

Fiquei uma semana e tive uma excelente estadia. Camas confortáveis, banheiro com água quente e bom espaço mas não havia frigobar no quarto. Como estava sozinho, me virei muito bem sem este item, mas seria muito útil em uma viagem em casal ou com a família. A arrumação do quarto, deixou a desejar. Tive que solicitar à recepção para que meu quarto fosse limpo em duas ocasiões. A localização é perfeita, estando a cerca de 15 min à pé do Prudential Center. Certamente recomendo e voltaria muitas outras vezes.

Check in was messy. Nobody seemed to know how to do it. Finally got to room. No wifi and no reply from hotel about how to resolve. Safe was locked and, again, no reply from hotel how to change. Location good, but overall service not great. Shame. Bar downstairs offers distinctly average drinks at prices more than other local bars. Worst espresso martini ($15, plus a 20% tip expected!!) I’ve ever had!
