Urgent Refund Request – Unacceptable Hotel Conditions
Dear Hotels.com Support,
I am requesting a refund for my recent booking due to extremely unacceptable conditions. The room had a mouse, the tub was dirty, the phone and hair dryer did not work, and the towels had stains while the sheets had holes. The breakfast was misleading—only light coffee and waffles. The hotel atmosphere was unsafe and not kid-friendly, which forced me to leave a day early during my friend’s wedding trip.
This property did not match the description on your website, and the stay failed to meet basic standards. I am requesting a refund for the full stay, or at minimum, the night I could not remain there.
Please confirm receipt and next steps.
