The people working at the hotel were eonderful, but that did not hide the obvious faults of this hotel. First, the good: When I checked in, the young lady at the desk noticed I was using a cane be ause of having back surgery 5 weeks ago, and she proceeded to change our room to one with a walk-in shower. Such kindness! Also, the breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food and drinks.
Now, the bad: It was impossible for me to get comfortable in the bed. The mattress was hard and lumpy not only for me, but for my wife and daughter. Also, there was a very putrid smell on our hallway for the entire night. Finally, the shower was cold and there was very little water pressure.
Overall, it was meh. I am unlikely to stay there again.
