Railing on outdoor stairs was in a bit of disrepair; inside, the bed's mattress was too firm and pillows were too soft. The room itself was in excellent condition and although we needed to get a bunch of hair out of the hot tub drain, once we did that the hot tub was absolutely superb and the highlight of our stay.

Omgosh!!! Whatta PERFECT location! Right on St Charles Street car line, it picks up across the street! Close to the Quarter yet in the quieter Garden District! Clean, pretty friendly, comfy beds, weird shower but I think its bc I am so short the water splashes off my head & on the ground hahaha it's only a half glass covered shower lol .... I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Great restaurants all around. Felt very safe, welcome, & comfortable. LOVED NOLA

Chambre propre espace commun tout aussi propre. Le personnel 24h/24h et très agréable et serviable. De plus vous vous sentez parfaitement en sécurité avec l’agent de sécurité présent constamment. La piscine et un lieu agréable pour ce détendre avec un jacuzzi. Des bouteilles d’eau sont mise à disposition ce qui est très agréable. La literie est très agréable. Emplacements très interessant et au vu du tramway ce situant juste en face. Cependant certaines prise de la chambre semble ne pas fonctionner si vous éteignez la lumière. Je recommande et reviendrai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter

I will never stay here again. The staff was unfriendly and the condition of the property was subpar. My family of 3 requested new towels on day 2. We received 1 hand towel and 1 medium sized towel on the 3rd day so we dried and used the same towels every day. Our lock stopped working while we were away from the room and we had to relocate to a new room in the middle of the night. The new room had two lamps burned out, a broken alarm clock, non-working phone and a broken lock on the bathroom door. The shower was full of hair and did not look as though it had been cleaned after the last guest. The cable was out 3/4 of the days we were there, so there was no tv to watch. The staff seemed bothered by our requests to fix things and make it right. Do yourself a favor and spend another $50 per night at a real hotel.

There's a lot of shuckin' and jivin' in the neighborhood late at night, especially at that Burger King parking lot. Hotel security is appropriate and was appreciated. I thought the staff was great.

Overalls the stay was good. We had a few issues that were addesssed by the staff. Front desk was helpful, housekeeping could use some improvement. We never had enough wash cloths and they accidentally threw away a personal item. It was resolved though. The hotel was in a convenient location on the trolley line, the rooms were clean, and we did not feel unsafe. It was definitely worth what we paid.

This is an older hotel that is beginning to show its age. The housekeeping was good but the doors into the bathroom needed painting or a good scrubbing. The staff were very nice especially the head of maintenance Dan who made a point of being helpful and friendly.
