Crisp linens and icy air-conditioning made a sticky weekend in London so much more enjoyable. This is an unbeatable location too.

8/10 很好

Great location in central Mayfair, perfect spot for a concert in Hyde without the astronomical cost of some surrounding hotels!

真實評價

Room was OK but small. Aircon was faulty. the display kept giving an error code then defaulting to heat mode on an already hot day. Also the TV didn't work.

Mangelfuld rengøring, konstant brummen (fra hotellets udluftning?) Det var at have en lastbil i tomgang stående på værelset.

Lovely hotel and staff, perfect place to stay for Hyde Park events as 10 minute walk. Beds super comfy and air con great as really quiet. Would definitely return!

Prime location in central London with walking distance from all major attractions , shopping, excellent food right across the street.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

Staff were friendly, location was good but the room could do with some tlc. Carpet was meh and the furniture was a bit battered showing signs of wear and tear. No usb ports which surprised me for London these days. Bed was not comfy, suspect not dissimilar to sleeping at the London dungeons on the rack. Did what we needed but not the best nights sleep I have ever had. Room could do with a refurb, the common areas were perfectly tidy and pleasant.

This was a great hotel. Staff were very proactive and friendly. The entire place was clean. They have rooms and lounge areas all over, making it feel intimate and possible to get privacy if you want to work or chat in a quiet place. I would easily stay here again.

We encountered very friendly staff and felt very welcome. Smooth check in, room was well located and met all expectations. We had some room additions which were perfect, they definitely went above and beyond which was most appreciated. We will definitely be looking at staying again next time we come
真實評價

2/10 欠佳

I was very disappointed with the hotel, very dated, smell of cigarets smoking and bear, and even I paid far in advance I got small room with a window in a corner facing a dirty wall and roofs. Even I fully paid for three night I went to another hotel.
