It was an amazing stay! I disconnected totally. It gave me great vibes. The staff was excellent. I had only a minor inconvenient which was we reserved a dinner in one restaurant, and the reserve was made to another one we already went; which is fine, both our fault (me and the resort staff) for not double-checking. Overall, very good, drinks on point, food on point. I would add croissant to the buffet hahaha. Very varied menu. A slow river which is so fun for kids and couples! Good experience.

This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive hotel. We chose the adult only side because we thought it would be the better choice, but there was no big difference from the adult side to the regular side. All the food is on the regular side of the resort. The buffets were not that great and the à la carte restaurants give you small servings. I did not like that people reserved beach beds early in the morning. The beach chairs on the adult side are very limited.

The facilities, food and service were very good. The only problem was that most of the front-line staff could not speak English, so it was very difficult to ask questions (examples—how do i get a tube to float in the “lazy river” or how is a certain menu offering prepared).

My wifeand I stayed at El Beso Hotel & Resort, and we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time! The resort itself is the perfect place to unwind—I loved the spa, the beach, and the pool, and there were plenty of great restaurant options to choose from. The staff was amazing—so friendly, lively, and always ready to help. Our concierge, Jose, was super friendly and checked in with us to see if we needed help with dinner reservations or excursions. He pointed us in the right direction and connected us with the best people, making things easy. While we didn’t need a ton of assistance, it was nice knowing he was there if we needed anything. On top of that, we met some great people along the way, which made the trip even better. Overall, it was such a great experience, and I’d definitely come back!

We were surprised at how much repair and basic maintenance the buildings needed. Pool tiles were missing and swim up bar counters were cracked. The worst part was the condition of poolside and beech lounge chairs. They were filthy, broken and the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever used.

The resort was beautiful staff friendly very accommodating . We had a butler named Jose Miguel he was amazing ! Great service ! Anything needed , he was able to provide , he was professional made our reservations booked our taxi back to airport helped with any questions needed. The food was not all that, I’ve had better food but options were there . Overall great resort , great staff.

our toilet didn't work. they had to come back multiply times to fix it. the refrigerator stopped working when it rained it rained in our room. the main building smelled horrible. the hibachi was not that good. did not like all the people trying to see us things when we were just trying to walk around on our HONEYMOON!!

Guests service sucks. Tried to rent a handicap scooter didn't have enough money so i needed to use the atm which is in their language so I asked for help to get the money but she was of no help. Didn't get to scooter plus i was charged $200.00 that i never got. When I told her about it she didn't believe me. Most of the time the food was good but not the buffet mostly cold.

We had an amazing vacation to celebrate our anniversary, and it was all thanks to our Concierge Buttler José Jimenez. Each day he made our vacation easy going, seamless and special with his fantastic personality, outstanding customer service and attentiveness. He always responded very quickly and was by far the most impressive staff member we interacted with. José made our experience a 5 star. The property was very clean and relaxing to be in, with grest food espcially at Blue Moon, Japanese and Italian restaurants.
