Comfortable Stay in a Fantastic Historic Mansion
Fantastic historic mansion, ornately decorated in period furniture and furnishings. Like stepping back into the Gilded Age. That alone would make the stay remarkable. The room was comfortable and spacious, with in room coffee and fridge in addition to the provided breakfast. 3 fights of stairs so pack accordingly. Parking was 5 blocks away but safe and secure.

Contents de notre séjour ! Les plus : la décoration est sublime et le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Les lieux sont parfaitement propres. L'emplacement est idéal pour se rendre dans le "vieux Québec". Le petit bémol : il n'y a pas de réception. Les oreillers sont beaucoup trop plats ; Et la VMC est trop bruyante.

Vraie ambiance de Château
C'est un lieu pour le moins atypique, avec une ambiance interieure "hors du temps". On peut vraiment parler d'un château du fait des pièces, du mobilier, des lustres... qui sont de très grande qualité. Le petit déjeuner était complet et excellent. Le parking inclus est un vrai plus car le stationnement est difficile en plein centre de Québec. Enfin, la situation centrale permet de visiter le centre historique de Québec à pied.

Our stay was great! The hosts were wonderful and it was such a unique accommodation. There were only a couple of issues which were more frustrations to manage more than anything. Be warned, there are a lot of stairs to navigate, no elevator. If you have heavy luggage or not able to do stairs, please consider this. Also, the ceilings in our room (Romantic Room) made much of the space unusable. They were sloped and we were constantly bumping our heads.

Petit hôtel sympa
Bon endroit sur la rue Saint-Jean, proche de beaucoup de commerces. Nous avons pris une chambre qui fait face au jardin et nous n'entendions pas vraiment la musique des bars à proximité. Déjeuner et stationnement inclus, très sympa comme endroit. Nous avons bien aimé le décors des chambres.

It was such a privilege to stay in such an historic home! SO many antiques! I have a bad knee, so the stairs were a little difficult, but we really enjoyed our elegant room on the top floor. The bathroom was new and sparkling clean! It was lovely to have breakfast in a formal dining room. We were not thrilled with how far we had to walk to park the car, but we found a wonderful restaurant on the way back and had a great dinner and yummy drinks at Le Bonnet d'Ane.
