It's quite a nice hotel, let down by a very rude & incompetent front of house team lead by Tamika Harris, they got my status wrong at check in cause the person kept talking over me & not listening, even removed my card before I could even enter my pin. I extended the booking & asked three times to merge bookings & kept getting told to come back, then woken up saying they needed my card. When I went down to relay this to Tamika, she kept talking over me, rather than listening to then cancelled the rest of my booking claiming I was the one with the attitude. She is clearly very unhappy & inept & I was very happy to take my money elsewhere.
