Unit was very clean and cozy. Close to all the action in downtown Nashville. Parking is $30/night but we got by without paying because we parked along the side of the Best Western Plus. So if you are looking to save cash on parking, I would do that. We stayed 4 nights and saved $120

Location was decent, not a bad walk to the Gulch and Broadway. Unit smelled really bad inside, kind of musty. There was water damage on the ceiling and the walls and trim were pretty beat up. Some of the cupboard doors on the cabinets had broken hinges. Area seemed fairly safe but unit itself was disappointing.

The unit itself was very nice and modern. Never received the email for the code to get in into the building and the unit itself until I had to call the day of check in after our actual check in time. The unit was clean besides the shower. Didn't look like it got cleaned at all. Found a cockroach on the floor alive and well.

We really enjoyed the property and the area overall. The room itself was quite large and could have held more than just the two of us. But the carpet was pretty gross. Other than that clean.

Worst hotel service I have experienced so far. The staff were inefficient, luggage storage was inconvenient, and the overall service was awful. The residents also seemed complicated, which made the stay even less comfortable. Definitely not recommended for business travelers.4 stars hotel? Ridiculous!

The location was good and the instructions were easy to follow. It could have been cleaner than it is, it doesn't shine as much as in the photos. The location is not taken over by something called Mint Houses, which caused some miscommunication in terms of the information provided like th pin at the door and the password but could be handled easily with an easy call.

They need to make sure everything in the condo is actually working. The coffee maker did not work, the fob for the door wasn’t there, the ice maker did not work, the chairs on the deck were very dirty we had to clean the mold off. Mold in the shower. No hair conditioner. They need black out drapes, this unit faces a hotel parking lot with big flood lights shining right at the condos windows.

VACATION RUINED

Half the lights were out. Shower had not been cleaned. The rug in the living room was not taped down and was very dangerous. Chairs in kitchen were broke and not safe. Coffee maker did not work. Coffee was not stocked. And the carpet was crunchy from filth. After 17 hours and promises that someone was coming...we checked out. I was told I could not park in handicap parking by their virtual staff off sote.. I told them I needed an accessibility and there two empty by the door. A Property manager showed up with cofffee pot but after almost 24 hours later. Couldn't fix furnitire. For God's sakes man! Clean the freaking unit!! Get it ready for guests. YOU RUINED OUR VACATION. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

Great location!! Beds really comfortable! Unfortunately not a well kept rental….. Large stains on bedroom carpets and on sofa. Dirty dishes were in the dishwasher upon arrival. Headboard had a layer of dust on it…..

So many things wrong with this place. Room was unclean when we checked in. Dirty bathroom tub/shower and carpets. We sent pics to them and Expedia. We payed for extra for early check in and didn’t get into a replacement room till after 5:30. They don’t have a customer service person to talk to only text and they would not give us a refund. They provided a replacement option and said that unit also had carpet issues. Smelled so bad we left and booked another hotel. They said we couldn’t get a refund since we “checked in”. We walked in and took pics of place and took bags and left and they said that’s a “check in” Awful experience and wouldn’t recommend due to uncleanliness and lack of customer service!
