Starting with the shuttle pickup..we called as directed to let them know we were there. We waited 20 minutes and the shuttle drove past without stopping. So we called again and they said they would send them back. Another 30 minute wait (the hotel is 5 minutes away). The room was fine. The staff wasn't rude, they were indifferent. It was the weirdest experience across the board. Zero eye contact and no emotion is the best way to describe it. Absolutely felt like we were a bother to them. NO ONE had customer services skills, from the person who checked us in, the hostess at the restaurant and the bartender. The nicest person in the building was our breakfast waitress. The elevators were broken and looking through google reviews, it appears they have been for months. I would not choose to stay here again and not up to Marriott standards.
