The staff are enthusiastic! The room is clean, the bed sheets and bath towels are very new, the breakfast is too simple, overall it is very good！

The shuttle driver was not friendly at all. Other passengers requested he lower the air and he didn't. Itnwas easybto spot the shuttle at the airport pickup. The desk clerk was superior. Did not like the selection of televised stations. Failed to see the World series due to that.

The location is not ideal : you have to wait about 5-10 min to take a turn to either get in or out of the hotel, by car, especially when there is a lot of traffic. The hotel room was supposedly clean, but we found a piece of a fish (or a chicken) in the sink, that was disgusting. The shower faucet was broken, which led to a leak of a drop of water that would fall every second, for the whole night, which is kind of annoying, and not so good for the environment. The app said we could access the pool, what is not said is that the pool was not usable for more than an entire year. The breakfast was a JOKE, only a few tables, people had to wait standing up for about 10-15 min with their plates in their hands, while others were having a ridiculous breakfast on the 10/13 available tables for the whole hotel (And it was not even high season). Great disappointment overall, would not recommend.

Habitación descuidada, la puerta de entrada no abría bien, la puerta del baño no cerraba ni empujando fuerte. La piscina estaba sucia y el agua verde, daba realmente mal aspecto, con apariencia de abandono. Los pasillos y corredores del hotel sucios y descuidados. El desayuno muy sencillo y pobre. Muy mala experiencia, definitivamente no me volvere a hospedar alli.

The overall hotel needs major renovation, particularly the exterior and parking area, does not feel safe or inviting. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The pool was not functional. The breakfast was basic and staff was overwotked. The airport shuttle also needs to circulate more frequently. The room was recently renovated and was attractive with a nice bed.

This is an OUTDOOR HOTEL WITH THE ELEVATOR IN A DIFFERENT BUILDING. I didn't know this when i booked it. The room itself was fine but it is all outdoors!! I would not have booked it had I known, I didn't find it in any other reviews.

There was an issue with staff and the room. Waited for over an hour at the airport for the shuttle and the driver drove right past me. Had to uber to the hotel. Once there had to wait for my room for hours. Staff was very nasty and dismissive. Once in the room it smelled like mildew and there was hair in the bathroom that did not belong to me and the floor was very dirty.

Check in was good and staff all lovely. Room was as expected, clean and functional. Noise was a big problem. The nightclub next door closed at 5am with noise all night (Friday) and then lots of noise until everyone dispersed. Lots of noise with people coming and going during the night (I guess with the proximity to the airport this should be expected). Didn’t feel very safe in the surrounding area we were going to walk the 200m to the gas station shop for some water and snacks, half way there someone came out a shop and recommended we turn back due to the people hanging around.. was well located for the airport and a short drive to the Dolphin Mall. Would have been fine for our purpose except for the noise. Pool was closed. Can’t fault the staff all were very pleasant and helpful.

I stayed in room 146 and it smelled like mildew. The bathroom ceiling and shower had black mold spots that were poorly painted over. The whole room felt damp. Staff communication was terrible — I was told the shuttle ran every 15 minutes, then later told it didn’t start until 7 a.m., almost making me miss my flight. My key stopped working, and staff were rude when I asked for help. They called a friend’s “taxi” that overcharged me $53. No water, no courtesy, and no professionalism. I wouldn’t stay here again.
