Tuvimos una agradable estadía en este resort aunque sus servicios y restaurantes no ofrecen la misma calidad… algunos fueron excelentes y otros dejaban mucho que desear.

Hotel é maravilhoso, a comida e os restaurantes eram os melhores dos 3 que fiquei em punta cana, ponto alto para o asiático, e o café da manhã!!! Esse hotel çvale a nota que tem. O único ponto chato é a questão das piscinas para membros Vips, que não tinham nenhuma sinalização, nós entramos e fomos retirados do local, isso é uma situação chata. Além disso, não foi meu preferido em relação às bebidas.

This is our second visit since we really enjoyed our first time. It’s just as beautiful as we remember. However, the loud, massive American corporate groups have completely changed our experience, making us not want to return. I wish people would be more considerate of other visitors who traveled a long way, hoping for a peaceful and quiet getaway. I even felt sorry for the workers. Unfortunately, this will be our last time here.

Fantastic hotel; we chose a Front Ocean room and it was the best decision ever. The view was second to none. All the staff was great, and the hotel's installations were fantastic. The hotel has an incredible gym (better than many commercial gyms!) with tons of classes throughout the day too. All the restaurants were delicious, except for the Indian, which was not good at all. I'd suggest maybe swapping the Indian cuisine for a Mexican. It is a bit annoying that there is a restaurant (The blind butcher) not included in the stay. Considering the price of the rooms, it would be good to see free access to this restaurant once per stay. Having said that, we went and we loved it. The Peruvian restaurant was our favourite with delicious and fresh food all day. Cocktails in all the hotel bars were amazing; there are some seriously good mixologists in this hotel. However, my only negative comment will be entertainment: The hotel was boring, as there was very little organised and everyone seemed to go to bed at 10:30 pm. It needs to be noted that although Zilara is the Adults-only hotel, there are spaces (such as the sports bar) which are shared with the Ziva and kids are allowed. The spa was good, but it was overly expensive and we felt rushed during the hydrotherapy circuit. We also went to the waterpark which is part of the hotel, and it was so much fun! Go right when it opens so the number of kids is limited. This hotel is worth going once - only based on the food and installations

We LOVED everything about this resort minus the Club level check in experience/staff in club level and the room they assigned us in our "Ocean view" category that did not have a "ocean view" at all. I am an Expedia VIP and a Hyatt member and they were still rude to me. With that said, this resort is fantastic if you want calm open water, a really nice gym, great food, great service, lots of drinks brought to you beachside and a safe place to stay. Evening entertainment was lacking, the piano bar (very fun) would shut down at 11pm right on the dot just as everyone was just starting to loosen up. They desperately need a DJ or dance club for evening hours. All in all, a great stay.

Service at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana was outstanding! Breakfast and Lunch buffets were the best meals. Dinner restaurants could improve in taste. Food is pretty bland for international tastes. All public areas are impeccably kept. The rooms are in need of renovation, and they smelled of mold and mildew. The bathrooms do not have any air ventilation so the mildew smells simply invades the rest of the bedroom area. Perhaps, it's hard to maintain the rooms given the beach, swimming pools, and endless alcohol that is offered. However, for the high price, Hyatt needs to resolve the mildew smells in the rooms that spoiled the rest of our stay. The room snacks need to improve. Offering Pringles, inexpensive granola bars and m&m's seemed cheap. We never ate them, and they seemed leftover from the previous occupants. We did receive a welcome small cake and drink to celebrate a birthday which was a nice touch. Finally, the pools are clean and beautiful in contrast to the beach which has lots of seafood roots about to sprout which made it not nice for walking. There are lots of mosquitoes even though the hotel will tell you there aren't. All in all, we had a nice family mini break.

Excellent customer service and exceptional accommodations! Every customer service representative was so friendly and welcoming! The food was amazing and the range of different choices of restaurants was outstanding! In particular, our concierge Robert was amazing! Highly recommend!
