Overall it was average. Customer service should improve. They charged a deposit and take forever to return it. Good points, location is great, by the airport and if you decide to skip breakfast, you can get an uber and there’s many breakfast locations near by.

Sucked!
We'd reserved two rooms and on arrival they couldn'y find the second room. We were traveling with two handicapped elders who needed to be looked in on periodically. They put us in room on two different sides of the building. we requested that we be next to each when making the reservation. So we asked to be moved - they desk clerk just said no without explaination and that the manager who helped us find the second room reservation had just left. Glad we only stayed one night here. The carpeting was disgusting and the bed had no frame so it was basically on the floor. Don't think we would stay here again for even one night.

Dirty filthy old hotel. The free breakfast was okay and the guy at the front desk was nice but the quality of the room was pretty bad, especially bathroom. Definitely not coming back

A stay to forget
Check in was terrible. Front desk employee was rude. The paid selected room was not provided and instead gave us a room with no fridege and microwave causing our 3-months baby's milk to go bad. Once in the room, the bedroom was dirty, cigarette smells (it was supposed to be a non smoke room) and the bedsheets had a adult mark on it (the app doesn't let me upload the picture). We ask the front desk to change our room and a quick no was given, instead they brought us a new set of blankets for us to do the bed. By 8:30am the housekeeper just entered our room to start cleaning without even knocking on the door, when clearly the checkout is at 11AM. I know is a long review, but we want you to know that this hotel doesn't care about their guest stay, since and I quote "we have ppenty of people coming by and you're just a little fish in a big ocean"

The hotel room was smelly. Bath room had running water faucet and needed repair. Bathroom was in bad shape and needed renovation. For the day rent hotel was not worth the money.

Health department should shut them down.
Facilities are awful , dirty and outdated. We didn’t want to shower, they only had less than 15% of one toilet paper roll. Didn’t know you had to ask for it at front desk. I would have rather slept on my car rental.

Worst stay
Reserved a king size bed…got a double. One bed had a huge hollow in the middle. Went to take a shower in the morning and shower was scalding…no cold water!

Truckers Motel
This hotel needs an upgrade. We stayed a week and the room was not cleaned once. Very little water from the shower head. My socks got very dirty from walking on the carpet.

You get what you pay for! Sometimes less.
The room did not smell clean. The one half towel on the rack had a red mark on it. Seems dirty, I hope it was lip gloss or lip stick. I was too tired to ask for another room, it was a late check-in.

The pool was not clean. The bathroom wasn't very clean either but the bed was clean and comfortable. It worked for what we needed so we did not have high expectations.

Upgrade
The property needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. It needs to make a major upgrade pieces of walls falling and ceiling not patched right now. We just needed to stay there for the next day to leave at the airport. So for that, one night wasn't so bad, but I would not stay there longer. The only good thing about the breakfast was the waffles. Everything else was right. Not so good, especially the boiled eggs.
