No direct entrance to the hotel. We had to walk through the restaurant with all smokers around. The breakfast was horrible. Room service closed after midnight. One small pillow per bed. I had to buy extra one the whole place is full of heavy smokers and waterpipe lovers. Several good things about this hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Close to the forum mall , airport, and central market.

Oda büyüklüğü iyiydi fakat 2 gece konakladığımız odaya temizlik için gelmediler. Ayrıca duşta ahize yoktu ve duşakabin izolasyonlu değildi. Duş aldığınızda tüm banyo su içinde kalıyordu. İşin komik yanı bunu bilerek banyo da kolayca suyu toparlamak için çekçek koymuşlar. Ertesi gün duş ahizesini yenisi ile değiştirmişler ve eski olanı öylece banyoda bırakmışlardı.

الفندق ممتاز وانصح به نظيف غرفة واسعة وبه مواقف مجانية وبجانبه جميع الخدمات والمطاعم والمسجد كذلك قريب من مركز تجاري اسمه فوروم مول يبعد مشي تقريبا 7 دقائق أنصح بالسكن في الفندق

Manav üstü cafe, cafe üstü otel

Otelin konumu, hizmeti ve personeli gayet iyiydi ancak otelin altında gürültülü bir cafe olması nedeni ile odada rahat edemedik. Ayrıca otelin ayrı bir girişi bulunmayıp cafenin içinde müşterilerin arasından geçip otele ulaşıyorsunuz.

Otelin altında cafe olduğu için akşam çok ses oluyor. Otel temizdi fakat banyodan lağım kokusu geliyordu. Odanın kapısının da kolu resmen sallanıyordu. Belli ki otelin ve odaların durumu ile pek ilgili değiller. Personel ilgili. Sabah kahvaltısında sıcak ekmek getirdiler.

Otel tüm beklentileri karşılayacak düzeyde.. Temizlik - Hijyen - Tüm hizmetler fiyat performans açısından bakıldığında yeterli.. !!! Önceki konaklamalarımda kahvaltı açık büfeydi.. !! Şimdi tabakta servis ediliyor.. Kahvaltı da zenginlik arayanlar için sıkıcı bir durum olabilir..!! Genel hatlarıyla memnun kalınılabilecek bir otel.. Teşekkürler.....)))
