The staff at the front desk was inconsiderate. There was an option of paying a $25 dollar convenience fee or a $100 refundable deposit that I had no idea of, and would not have booked there. I opted to pay the refundable $100 because there was nothing convenient about the establishment. There was one microwave in the lobby for the entire hotel, no mini-fridge in the hotel room. It seems that the hotel is being used as low-cost housing for longer staying patrons (which is an unfortunate circumstance that is not the hotels fault), but I was being treated as a "problem" even though I was just passing through for a couple days while I waited to fly out (Checked in on a Friday, flew out on Monday), and despite paying fees, they would not even extend the courtesy of a late check out, which would have been helpful considering my flight is at 5pm and check-out is at 11am. Even an extra hour at an airport would have been nice. The state police showed up twice for disturbances, and the entire hotel reeked of marijuana despite multiple no-smoking signs (clearly no enforcement of the policy). I didn't expect much, this was a very last minute booking in a not great area, and in stead of being treated as a guest, I was treated as a problem. The room had a couch that was broken, there was one towel one wash cloth and they would not give me more. 10/10 will not ever use this establishment again, and I'd recommend taking it off your website, but that's your call. I was discriminated against and there was no hot water for us to take a shower. The tub look so awful I have to put a towel down in the tub so the chipped paint wouldn’t get on our feet. This was the most terrible hotels have sent me

Our room was awful. There was no fridge/microwave. The ice machine was missing. Asked staff if there was another one, his response was vulgar, then said no. The entire room had stains, the shower didn't work. Overall felt like the place should be condemned.

Just don't

The pictures online are no where near actual conditions. The door did not lock. There was feces on the wall by the toilet and marijuana on the bed. Almost everything was in disrepair. I was only there for a few hours until I could make other arrangements.

Tons of people hanging out that were not staying at the hotel. Also stayed in room 215 with no toilet seat. Was told no other rooms and wasn’t offered a solution

Disgusting place filled with homeless people

Horrible and disgusting place to stay, surrounded by homeless junk people in the lobby and all around the property. Did not feel safe with my family, After 30 mins, booked another place at the same price. Dirty, filthy tubs, beds and couches. No fridge or microwave and ice services. Not sure why Expedia/Hotels.com lists this filthy place. I am asking for a refund.

Not my best experience

The condition of the place was not great. Floors unsticking to the ground. The elevator worked twice. Had to use the stairs to go down. In the stairwell, a stain in the corner that looked like blood. When going back up the stairs, could not enter the stairwell. No doorknob. So had to walk all the way back towards the desk to find another stairwell. Opened the door and was slammed in the face with the odor of feces. It was strong.
