We stayed in the ground floor apartment, which has it's own entrance which is nice. the apartment is well decorated and has enough space for 3, bit of a push for 4. the bathrooms are very small, and the glass walls at high level meant that lights on in one room lit up the other rooms. the apartment had a moldy smell which the dehumidifier couldn't get rid of. It's in a great location though and easy to get around from. The owners were very responsive to messages and gave us tips for places open on New Years day, which was very useful. It's possible that the upper level apartments are nicer than this one, so maybe request one of those if you're planning on staying here.

Lots of things to improve
I guess it wasn't meant to be going well. The cleaning fee (of about an additional third of the cost) is intransparent and I don't care whether that's the owner's fault or that of the portal. The "welcome" message did not contain any information on how to get into the building (i.e., the code) and not even a phone number. I had to ask a neighbor to call the owner... The cleaning fee was cashed in on arrival; I asked for a receipt and she promised to send it by email - but I am still waiting for it 3 days later. Add to this the bathroom's total lack of even the smallest surface to put something of your own, and the horrendously slow wifi (slowest ever in my recent memory), and you might understand my rating.
