Mother/Daughter trip

Entire first trip to Colorado was inspired by impulse purchase of tickets to a concert at Red Rocks. Evergreen is a perfect distance from Morrison and Highland Haven Creekside Inn was lovely from the evening beverages and fresh cookies that welcomed us to the fresh breakfast the next morning. The room was comfortable and the scenery was welcomed. Please stay here if ever in the area as we hope to be!

You want to stay here!

We had an absolutely incredible stay—truly above and beyond our expectations. My husband and I can't say enough good things about this inn. When you think of mountain inns, you might expect something a little dated or rustic—but this was anything but that. It was modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed in every way, while still maintaining its charm. Some standout touches: a complimentary breakfast delivered to your room each morning (such a treat!), a generous happy hour, warm and welcoming staff, and a beautiful creekside area that felt like a hidden oasis. Plus, the location couldn't be better—an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and everything the town has to offer. It was also the perfect home base for our Red Rocks concert—just a short, scenic drive away. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

My special place

When we first arrived we crossed this bridge. They offered fruit infused water with home baked cookies. The grounds were beautiful with beautiful sculptures and chars over looking the water . We loved and room very cozy and comfortable. We were able to see the others rooms. Each room was more spectacular than the next, Especially the tree house. Everyone who work there were so nice. I highly recommend this place .

We love the Highland Haven and are repeat visitors. It’s the perfect little retreat close enough to home that it’s easy to get to and far enough away that we feel like we’re on vacation. The staff here are top notch. Every single person goes above and beyond to make the stay perfect. The rooms are cozy with unique touches and the beds are cloud like. Breakfast in bed is always a nice touch, too. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing property. Maybe my all time favorite accommodations! We stayed in Creekside 1 and the room was so spacious, thoughtfully appointed and really lovely. The grounds are very charming and the creek is beautiful. The hospitality is absolutely top notch. Loved having breakfast brought to the room. Upon check in I let them know that we would be leaving before breakfast on our final day and they offered to bring it the afternoon before so we would have breakfast for our travels! Just amazing service!

If you’re thinking about staying here, I highly encourage you to absolutely do it. We enjoyed our stay and given the opportunity we will certainly return. The Inn is located on a beautiful piece of property in the mountains where it’s surrounded by aspen trees and has a creek running next to it. The Inn is well cared for and the staff are all very friendly. A short walk (maybe 1/4 mile) to the shops and restaurants in downtown Evergreen. There is breakfast delivered to your room daily and also a happy hour where you get a complimentary beverage of your choice in the evening. 10 out of 10. We love this place.

We traveled to Evergreen for a weekend getaway and loved our stay here! Super cute rooms, amazing staff and easy to just relax which was our primary goal. Definitely would stay here again in the future.
