I found some red stains on my bedsheets and called front desk to get my bedding changed. Initial the front desk person stated that he was the only person on-site and couldn’t help. After some back and forth, he said he would come to my room and see. He front some bedsheets and proceeded to expect me to change the bedding because there was no housing cleaning on-site. After some more back and forth he said he’ll ask another colleague to help. They worked on the bedding and after 5 mins or so left the room with doors opened without communicating what the plans were. After close to 10 mins of waiting, I called the front desk and the two staff appeared. At this point, I expressed my displeasement for their lack of communication, professionalism, and lack of concern to provide appropriate customer service. When asked for their information and the manager’s information, they resisted initially.
I’m thoroughly disappointed in Westin.
