The room located was very dark and dirty. Could not wait to leave. This hotel is barely a 2 star never mind 4 star

Very disappointed

We expected to stay on a top floor room and have a view of seaworld. Yet... we stayed in what felt like econo lodge. Parking was horrible, the rooms were villas (accessible from outside rather than inside) and we had to walk through clouds of marijuana smoke to get to our rooms. OMG! Stairs and no elevator.

Didn’t realize till I got there that I had to go up stairs to get to my room. They charged a resort fee that I was not aware of either plus parking $38 per day. Will be using this hotel again.

The picture is not accurate!

Upon arrival, they told me even though I requested higher levels, my booking is "Garden View" which means Villa and they just left with first level Villas. Other than a lizard in the room which bothered us, everything else was so casual. We just booked this place for sleep. I wont book at this place again.

Wonderful stay

Great stay, close to pool and breakfast Buffett. Spectacular view of fireworks and drone show at Sea World next door. Friendly pool bar was also a treat.
