I normally love the Sheraton Cavalier in Saskatoon. The room is very clean and comfortable, check-in and dinner were great.
However, the pool was packed. Two groups of teenagers doing cheer pyramids, playing chicken and not having any consideration for the little kids and families around. Had to ask pool staff to speak with the teens. Had one jump on me… just zero awareness.
Went up to my room for the night, the room beside me was partying and blasting music. I let it slide until 11:00pm… then complained… had to complain three times with the last having to go to the front desk. They they offered me a new room. So I went up and packed up my dog and changed rooms. Ended up in a smaller corner room… at least it was quiet and I could sleep.
Staff were apologetic and nice about the situation.
